Credit Corp Group Limited is Australia’s largest provider of sustainable financial services in the credit-impaired consumer segment.

T1 was appointed to manage the buildout of their 400-seat headquarters located in the heart of Makati.

Med Metrix is a leading provider of performance management analytics, consulting, extended business office, and revenue recovery services to the healthcare industry. 

The project is a response to their expanding Client’s requirement for a satellite office in the Philippines. 

Upon engagement, T1 provided a technical deign review and analysis, and a commercial assessment to the preferred D&B Contractors. Further assistance was provided by T1 through a tender evaluation with reference points for negotiation prior to award. 

T1 was tasked to design and build a unique space for InTouchCx which had to be implemented over a short period and under a strict streamlined budget.

T1’s Commercial Management and Project Management teams collaborated closely to ensure that all items were delivered and installed as envisioned by the client. They also worked together to do value engineering in areas where it was needed.
