T1 played a huge role in delivering project and construction management services across many of S&R’s projects, including their largest branch in the Philippines.

T1 was contracted by the client to complete 2 levels of a shopping center along with retail spaces. Over 15 construction and equipment packages were meticulously organized and managed by the team. The project also required meticulous commercial and construction oversight, as well as on-site coordination, to ensure timely delivery.
