T1 was appointed to provide full project oversight and client representation for a large horizontal resort development.

Since this was a take-over project, T1 had to manage several existing issues and focus heavily on commercial management and the coordination of the different design elements.

To address these challenges, T1 collated and organized the documentation, realigned the consultants’ deliverables to provide the client with a clear overview of the actual design and financial status.

T1’s substantial program with feasible timeline helped the project move forward.
