T1 was appointed by J Corporation as their commercial management for the construction of J Tower Residences.

T1 initiated the project by measuring and compiling a Bill of Quantites (BOQ) from the FCD set, matching quantities with market rates to evaluate the contractor’s proposal. T1 also conducted monthly valuations of completed works, assessed changes, and forecasted cashflow to guide the client.
