T1 was appointed as the client representative and overall project manager to complete the major refreshment and rebranding of Ascott Citadines hotels in Iloilo.

T1 was involved in the complete demolition of the project’s internal infrastructure, replacement of building services, new façade works, and fit-out — meeting Ascott’s international hotel specification requirements.

T1 provided a multi-geographical team to manage the construction onsite (Iloilo) while liaising with the end user Ascott in Singapore and reporting to the developer in Manila.
