T1 was appointed by Valor to design and build its shared service facility spread out over 2 sites, one in Taguig and the other in Alabang.

This project had a strict and critical timeline for move-in as the client was servicing their own clients as well. Moreover, the space on each floor had to be designed differently based on the client that was taking over the space. Another challenge was that most of the decision-makers were not based in Manila, so T1 made sure to equip the project with effective coordination and stakeholder management that required excellent communication skills and leadership in the management of the office fitout.
