David is the President of T1 Project Services. As a seasoned project manager, he is knowledgeable in design management and has extensive experience in construction management, on-site delivery, and client representation. He is also highly involved on all the project life cycles: from feasibility and design up to construction and has in-depth knowledge on infrastructure in the commercial, corporate & hospitality property development sectors.

David also leads in design, construction, programming, QS, quality and cost management disciplines to successfully drive multiple civil/structural fit-out & MEPF projects to completion.

Bien is the General Manager of T1 Project Services. He oversees T1’s workbook to ensure projects are managed effectively and expectations are met satisfactorily.

Bien has over 12 years of experience in the design and project management field locally and abroad. He has handled projects ranging from hospitality, office fit-outs, residential, and institutional structures.

His ability to create understanding between all parties – consultants, clients, and other stakeholders – and keep a project on track has proven to be one of his greatest strengths as a project manager.

Armed with over 10 years of experience working in business development and marketing in both construction and real estate, Michelle leads the business development group for T1 Project Services. Michelle is recognized in the business development industry for consistently putting the clients first, and continuously strives to evolve and transform the organization around the customer’s operational needs.

Her key strengths lie in client and stakeholder management, turning potential buyers into lifelong partners, and demonstrates great skill in communication and lead generation.

Jen has been working as T1’s trusted and reliable office manager. She has experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive-related tasks to support the team’s operations.

Backed with over 6 years of office management and technical documentation experience, she is known for her effective organizational skills, flexibility with work, and reliability when it comes to facing administrative challenges to support an office of diverse people.

Dovie is the Head of Construction Management at T1 Project Services. She is a registered architect and is a strong, dedicated, and competitive individual striving for excellence in her profession.

Dovie is a keen communicator, with valuable experience in stakeholder management, master planning and project execution ranging from large commercial developments through to fit-out projects.

Equipped with consistently professional working standards through thorough methodical procedures, a proactive and diligent attitude, Dovie’s 14+ years of experience in design, management and construction, provide well rounded and quality-assured project delivery.

Carmi is the Lead Quantity Surveyor who oversees all Commercial Management projects. She has over 9 years of diversified experience in the construction industry.

She has a technical background in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial sides of construction projects from various sectors. Her specializations lie in civil, architectural, and structural works.

Carmi is a thorough and capable leader who is proficient in her profession. Her quick-thinking and adaptability has proven vital in handling international projects.

As the Head of Engineering, Harold is an engaging leader with a strong technical background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

Ara heads T1’s design and build department. A Licensed Civil Engineer who has been working in the construction industry for over 11 years, she has worked on both new build and interior fit-out projects from various construction sectors.

She is a proven leader and excellent communicator who works closely with clients to ensure that project goals are met satisfactorily.
