Senior Quantitative Analyst:

Responsabilities:

  • Liaise with Trading, Risk and IT to ensure correct implementation and monitoring of the full deal life cycle from pricing to nominations
  • Applying risk-based pricing and hedging strategies to structured deals
  • Develop quantitative infrastructure and expertise, wherever necessary, to extend the desk’s capability of ad-hoc pricing and trading non-standard complex products
  • Work with other departments (Trading, Market Risk, IT, Analysis), providing them with appropriate quantitative support and know-how
  • Apply quantitative skills to build sustainable models for the organization

Network / System Engineer – London

Our Financial client is looking for a “Network / System Engineer” to join their London office in a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of our high-performance research cluster and collocated trading infrastructure
  • Diagnosis and resolution of operational issues involving Linux, high bandwidth WAN links, Cisco routers, multicast and other high-performance technologies
  • Configuring new compute/network equipment and coordinating hardware maintenance in datacentres around the globe
  • Writing and configuring automation tools that enable the team to work effectively at scale (e.g. automated builds, configuration management, patch and application deployment, observability and performance management)
  • Engineering robust and reliable systems to support the expansion of the business
  • Adopting new technologies you think might benefit the company to build robust and reliable systems

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for network and infrastructure of our global enterprise. The focus is to engineer a best in class network that offers superior resiliency and low latency to provide our client’s with unmatched performance for best order execution. You will take an active role in the entire technology lifecycle; from design development, implementation, and commissioning, to routine monitoring, operation and trouble resolution.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, roll-up-your-sleeves, network technologist who enjoys the challenge of owning the delivery of a variety of concurrent projects of varying scale and scope.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage global network infrastructure
  • Manage the full end to end technology life cycle
  • Develop and maintain technical diagrams and documentation
  • Work with product vendors and telecom service providers

Qualifications

  • Proven network design and implementation experience
  • In depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
  • Strong experience in BGP
