involved in the complete demolition of the project&#8217;s internal infrastructure, replacement of building services, new fa\u00e7ade works, and fit-out \u2014 meeting Ascott&#8217;s international hotel specification requirements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">T1 provided a multi-geographical team to manage the construction onsite (Iloilo) while liaising with the end user Ascott in
